One Life. One Tire. One Movement.

Headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, Amenzone Foundation is an Emmy Award winning 501(c)3 non-profit whose mission is to empower youth through fitness. Amenzone Foundation is dedicated to inspiring today’s youth to lead healthy lifestyles, in turn helping fight childhood obesity. Our program focuses on three major components self-esteem, fitness and nutrition. We use nothing other than recycled car tires and bodyweight for our workouts. We believe it is important for today’s youth to understand the idea of resourcefulness over resources. The biggest part of being healthy is being happy.

Amenzone Foundation has a curriculum designed around self-empowering words, positive messages, healthy nutrition information/recipes and our proprietary “primal workouts.” Amenzone doubles as an acronym for the aforementioned empowering words Ambitious, Motivated, Energized, Natural Zealous, Organized, Nutritious, Encouraged. At the beginning of each program, we use the Presidential Fitness Test to measure the kid’s fitness levels. From there, we test every fifteen weeks after that to measure progress. We have partnered with the Boys & Girls Club and other various youth organizations to deliver our program twice a week. After each session we provide participants with a nutritional information handout that has an easy/fun healthy recipe on the back. This is complimented with a bottle of water and a healthy snack, or a healthier snack alternative.

The Amenzone Foundation provides a unique approach to fitness. It is simple, low cost, primal, fun and energetic. Thanks to the generosity of our partners, The Amenzone Foundation is able to help in the fight against the epidemic that is childhood obesity.
