Amenzone Foundation uses proprietary primal training as a platform to improve self-esteem. Our program teaches members how to exercise without using weights and machines, but rather with whatever is readily available to them in their own environment. Program members learn different exercises they can use to remain active while at home, in their own backyard or even while at school. Members are encouraged to create their own games and/or competitions such as relay races and team building games. They are further taught how to initiate and participate in discussions with their peers and their parents regarding healthy lifestyle choices and the resulting benefits.
The Amenzone Foundation program educates Kids by using these POWERFUL WORDS:
AAmbition in living a healthier life, staying active, working hard, and desire to be the best you can be.
MMotivated to stay fit, make positive choices in life, and encouraging others to do the same.
EEnergized allowing you to put forth more effort and get a lot out of a work out. Being energized will also keep you updated and enthusiastic about anything you do in life.
NNatural the importance of being true to who you are.
ZZealous can inspire you to beome or change into a new person you never thought you would be and engaging students to give examples of things they are zealous about.
OOrganized Being organized is one major key to success. In order to achieve anything in life, you have to have structure so you know which steps to take next to accomplish your goals.
NNutritious is very important to living a healthy lifestyle. Your body is like a vehicle, you have to put the right fuel into your body to get the most out of it. If you put bad fuel in a car, it doesn’t run to its highest potential. The same goes for the human body: you get the most out of your mind and body by eating a healthy diet.
EEncouraging others to stay active and healthy can reassure them how valuable their lives are. This can promote positive thinking and build others confidence, as well, as self-confidence.
Our nutritional component is based on MyPlate and USDA standards. We provide water and a healthy snack, or healthy snack alternative to the participants at the end of each workout.
We use a back to basics approach in our programs. The physical fitness aspect is done using your own body weight and a tire. We also conclude each session with a game focused on movement and inclusion.
Each week we have a different motivational theme focused on building confidence and self-esteem, as well as, recognizing our warriors of the day who put forth their best effort regardless of ability.
